A signature BT Method, 19 Min Pure Barre with Ball and Weights that works to sculpt, strengthen and energize your entire body. Throughout this move, we will capitalize on the low impact, tiny movements to exhaust the muscles, which works to build their overall endurance. Today we use a ball and a 1-2lb weighted ball (option to use a wrist weight or dumbbell) to intensify the movement. Also you have the option to use no equipment at all and you will still feel the amazing effects.
