Join me in a beautiful stretch & sculpt practice that is the perfect movement to come to when you do not feel like moving, on lazy days, early mornings, recovery days or any time you just feel like doing little bit of something. This workout works to stretch, elongate and release the muscles in the body, while at the same time bringing strength, muscular endurance and stability to it. It is simply a quick feel good movement we all need some days to feel good and confident within ourselves.
