A Barre HIIT session will combine timed interval bursts of your favourite movements, followed by moments of recovery. No equipment necessary, option to add props as you see fit. Option to increase the difficulty of the HIIT by adding more rounds to the workout. Transform your entire body and HIIT the barre burning.
