Welcome to your ADVANCED 30 Minute, full body, Barre HIIT that is going to give you all the feels of cardio, strength, energy, sweat and confidence within yourself!
Today we have a fun- sliding, spicy warm up, followed by 3 full body rounds, all in which are completely different (YOUR FAVORITE). Within this workout we use all of the props (ball, weights, bands & sliders), so you get to explore all the possibilities of intensifying your movement (option to use no props at all and will be just as effective).
