Let's do this HIIT! Time to target and focus on your cardio without putting any negative impact on your body. Welcome to your low impact, high intensity, 24 Minute Full Body HIIT! Today's HIIT is 2 rounds, 10 exercises, 45 seconds on, 15 second rest, with a 1 minute rest between each round. Option to only complete 1 round, rock the 2 rounds or if you are feeling up to it add a 3rd round!
This HIIT uses weights and bands for props, but option to use none at all to still feel those defining, endurance effects.
