Join me here in a powerful standing abs focused workout that utilizes the effects of heavier weights to really target, strengthen and define your entire core.
This workout is PERFECT for anyone who has a hard time coming to the floor, pre/post natal + pregnancy (removing the heavy weights) and anyone who wants to train their abs in a different way, without having to do 1000x crunches.
Props you will need:
- fabric bands
- ankle weights
- 2 x 5-8 lbs dumbbells or 1 x 10-15 lbs dumbbells
