Join me in this amazing, muscle building, strength focused, high intensity cardio based, low impact Barre HIIT workout that is fun, energizing and empowering This workout is created to add real strength to your cardio practice, improving your muscular endurance, heart health, physical strength and overall mood.
Today there are NO REPEATS! We are continually flowing through muscle building exercises, increasing the time under tension to really improve your muscle tone, while you heart rate is elevated, continually working for 45 second intervals. We have 29 exercises, with a little finale for 30 total exercises! The beauty of this workout is that this HIIT is all low impact, so you can get your cardio in while it being good on your muscles and joints.
What you need:
- 5 lb dumbbells (or choose any weight between 1-5 lbs)
- Fabric Band
- Ball
