Join me here in a 12 Minute Walking Meditation, with a sole focus around reducing overall stress in your body, mind and soul. Life can be a lot sometimes, with an overwhelming weight that can consume us. That feeling of stress, anxiety, heaviness and tension can make it hard to do the things we need to do in our day, so it is comforting to know we can have a release.
This walking meditation will not only help us eliminate and reduce the stressors in our life, but it will aid in enhancing our mood, boosting our self esteem, improving our mindfulness, increasing our focus, and helping us navigate all the things we need to do.
Our goal is to leave this meditation feeling lighter, revived, calmer, tranquil and at peace. Let's do this together, one step at a time, to walk away from all the noise for a moment, reduce the stresses, and bring calmness to this moment. Let's walk.
