Welcome fam, to your movement away from home (or for home for that matter). The BT Method is a lifestyle, one that you can pick up and take with you anywhere, anywhere around the world. During our travels or vacations, we may not always have access to a gym or have that much time for that matter, but moving our bodies, even for a little bit, always helps us feel so damn good! Let me take the stress out of your travel, so let me be your guide ;) !
Join me in a quick focused, full body, interchangeable, 14 day Travel Workout Program that is effective in squeezing in strength, sculpt, endurance and energy into any beach or any busy sightseeing filled day. Not only is this program built for travel, it is also an incredible place to come to when you know you have a busy/crazy week at home!
