1. Complete The Barre Teja’s 10 Minute Plank Workout today.
2. Mark the time in the workout you first had to modify (lift your hips, drop to your knees or take a break). If you complete the workout without modifying, mark down the first point you felt strain. Complete the entire workout!
This is your BASE TIME!!��
3. For the next 14 days, complete the 10 Minute Ab Challenge Workout.
4. Following the 14 days, complete the 10 Minute Plank workout again and see your new DEFINED TIME!
5. Share your progress! Let’s transform & strengthen our core together!
