Welcome to your tricep focused arm workout. Today we have 9 tricep exercises, 45 seconds each with 15 second break. The goal of this movement is to target that hard to reach tricep, under arm muscle to help develop muscle tone, strength and tightness in your arm. Join me here and let's have some fun!
Props you will need: plastic band (medium), wrist weights (1-2lbs), dumbbells (3-5 lbs), chair OR just use your arms!
