The beautiful thing about this workout is that it is under 30 minutes, so it is achievable to squeeze in on a busy, hectic day.
This HIIT is 3 rounds, 7 exercises, 45 seconds on, 15 second break between exercises, 1 minute rest between rounds. Today we are using weights and a band throughout this workout, but option to use no equipment at all. Remember to listen to your body.
