This high intensity, low impact workout targets every muscle group by completely burning out the muscle, maximizing its time under tension, improving your cardiovascular health and leaving you with that so good runners high.
Today: we have 20 exercises, 45 seconds each, 15 second break- and that is IT!
Today we will use all the props or option to use nothing at all:
- ankle weights
- 3 lbs dumbbells
- 5-10 lbs dumbbells (I used 8)
- plastic resistance band
- fabric band
- sliders or socks
- ball
