Welcome to this 41 Minute, strength building, low impact, abs and arms focused workout that was created to really take your power, muscular endurance, inner force, and resilience to the next level. This is a workout that is meant to challenge you, ultimately fatigue the muscles and push you to your limits. The combination of specific compounding movements works to build muscular tone and real stabilizing strength throughout your core and arms - which helps you live your everyday life.
Today we are working with 10 lbs dumbbells....yes I know, do not be scared, you have the option to use anything from 1-10lbs. The heavier the weights, yes is more challenging (and you feel the effort you need instantly), but no matter what the weight, it is working to build the strength.
What you need:
- 10 lbs weights (or anything)
- 3 lbs dumbbells
- 1 lbs wrist/ankle weights
- ball
- fabric band
OR use no equipment at all and just use your body!
