Welcome to the BT Method. All beginners come join the party. Whether you are just starting your journey, brand new to working out, moving your body for the first time in a long time or want to slow it all down and focus on the fundamental movements, this practice is an amazing one to come to.
Over the course of this 27 Minute Starter Barre practice, we are slowing everything down, simplifying the foundation of the BT Method and really introducing you to this type of movement. This workout is also amazing for anyone pre/post natal, pregnant or recovery from any injury.
No props required here, only a barre to hold on to (which can be a chair, railing or anything to help with your stability).
