Sometimes we don't feel like going on the floor to do a workout, some people have a hard time getting to the ground to move, AND (I get it) we all don't like doing planks. Well I have an AB WORKOUT for that! Bringing you a 25 Minute Standing Barre Abs Workout that will focus on building strength throughout your entire core and back, while paying extra close attention to those obliques. The magical part is that even though we are targeting the core, our entire body will benefit from the sculpting movements.
This workout is also fantastic for anyone who may be suffering from a lower back injury, vertigo or for any women looking for a prenatal core workout that does not require you to lie flat on your back. PLEASE NOT to first consult with your physician prior to completing any BT Method workout.
