We are taking BT to the pool! A highly requested workout, join me for a 21 Minute cardio Based Pool Barre workout, which can easily be replicated out of the pool (which I direct throughout the entire workout). This practice is amazing for its low impact cardio effect, great for injury recovery, perfect for pregnancy or pre/post natal and THE BEST for anyone who wants an instantly, effective workout. This workout is sneakily intense as we work through the water for resistance, creating a weighted effect through every movement. We are going to have so much fun together and this will be one workout you will continually come back to!
