Join me here in a quick and efficient, cardio focused, 16 Minute Sock Series that will instantly bring the spice, energy and sweat into your day. In this low impact, high intensity practice, we will use something as simple as socks, to effectively slide our way to strengthening our muscles and improving our heart health (cardiovascular system). We are even going to take this movement one step further but utilizing bands and weights to this movement. Option to just use socks and it will be just as effective!
