Join me in a 2000 steps banded stepping workout that is the perfect way to get your steps in without having to leave the house, while feeling the strength throughout your entire body. This practice works to improve your cardiovascular system all while utilizing props to targets your muscles. We are getting stronger, while easily getting your steps into a busy day!
Props you need:
- plastic band
- wrist and ankle weights
*option to use no props at all - let's just get stepping.
