Join me in a quick, standing only, 15 Minute Booty and Hamstring focused practice, utilizing just a band. It is amazing how effective and engaging this workout is and how quick these small movement exercises completely burn out the muscles. By utilizing a plastic band, each movement requires more effort to complete the exercises through lifts and pulsing motions, to ultimately trick the muscles, causing complete muscular burnout (where the strength really transforms).
This is the perfect workout to sneak in when you have limited space or on the days you don't feel like coming to the ground. This movement is great to come to on your pre/post natal or pregnancy journey (with the physician's approval to exercise).
