For 60 minutes, you will merge elements from Pure Barre with intensified strength training and endurance elements to sculpt the muscles, elevate the heart rate, build strength, and challenge your coordination, all while utilizing bands, sliders, and weights. Tap into your X factor, challenge the different muscles groups simultaneously for full body burn like no other.
*Option to use no equipment. Modifications throughout. Go at your pace, be proud of any modification and let's have some fun moving.
