THIS IS FIRE!! Bring the energy today because we are going to SWEAT! This 18 Minute Cardio Weighted Sculpt is going to push you, challenge you and bring out that determination that is inside of you. We are going to have that heart rate elevated throughout this entire workout, while focusing on toning, sculpting and working our entire body. We are testing our endurance, stability, balance, coordination and ultimately our strength. The burn is going to be there right from the start so please modify and continually listen to your body- I can hear the F bombs and see the glares already! Less than 20 minutes..YOU CAN DO IT!
