- This week is our 7 Day Detox Meal Plan. Use this opportunity to reset your metabolism/optimize digestion/reduce bloating/kick start your nutrition
- Goals: achieve daily ✅ in calendar app, follow set program plan or any BT workout daily, 10,000 steps x day, detox meal plan + drink 2L of water per day, pride journalling (write down one thing you are proud of yourself for every morning)
