Let's GET OUT OF OUR OWN DAMN WAY!
Join me in an empowering, 11 Minute Meditation, as we take a pause to come into this moment right here, to practice releasing self-imposed mental blocks, limiting beliefs, or negative thought patterns that hinder personal growth or self-expression. This type of meditation encourages self-awareness, emotional release, and a shift in perspective. This meditation will help:
