Join me in a full body, low impact, high intensity, cardio based, Barre HIIT workout that is going to be your NEW go to workout. Over the next 43 minutes, we will go through 4 rounds of exercise, with absolutely no exercise repeating. Here is how the rounds are broken down:
Round 1: Lower Body Sculpt
Round 2: Arm Workout
Round 3: Abs Burnout
Round 4: Full Body
Today for this workout you will need: wrist/ankle weights, fabric band and a plastic band or complete this workout with nothing at all.
