Welcome to Barre HIIT, a high-intensity, cardio, interval workout that utilizes The BT Method to elevate your heart rate, improve your endurance, build your strength and will surely get you sweating. This Barre HIIT session will combine timed interval bursts of your favourite movements, followed by moments of recovery. Absolutely no equipment NECESSARY!
Today's workout is a full body burn. We will be going through 2 different circuits (one at the barre, one on the floor) and complete 2 total rounds. We will use intervals of 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of recovery within each round. 1 minute break between each round, for a total of 4 rounds.
Round 1: 6 exercises at the Barre.
Round 2: 7 exercises on the floor.
Round 3: Repeat Round 1
Round 4: Repeat Round 2
Option: To add time, complete an addition round 5 & 6.
Modification: Go at your own pace!
