Join me in a 30 minute, power strength training based Abs & Arms workout that is designed to build undeniable muscular strength, stability, coordination, tone and endurance throughout your arms and core. This practice works to max out your time under tension, it is meant to leave your muscles tired, because that means, you left all your efforts out there to get stronger.
Today you will need:
- 1 lbs ankle weights
- 8-10 dumbbells
- 3-5 lbs dummbells
- ball
- plastic band
*OPTION to also use no equipment at all or modify throughout by removing props
