Everyone loves a good low impact, full body HIIT and YOU asked for it, today we have 3 beautiful rounds. Remember listen to your body, slow down anytime you need to, don't have a lot of time- complete 1 round, remove the props and just be proud you are moving your body today! We have 7 exercises, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds break, 1 minute break between each round! So go grab your fabric or plastic medium band, grab 1-3 lbs weights (I am using 3 lbs today), and let's have some fun sweating and moving!
