Let's step. In 10 minutes, you have the ability to achieve between 1,500-2,000 depending on the speed you complete this movement. Even if you complete 1,000 steps....you freaking did 1,000 in 10 minutes. This entire cardio workout is low impact, high intensity, but packs a big punch. AND OF COURSE...it would not be a BT workout without a BT twist. This is not just your average stepping workout, we are working throughout this series to strengthen and build muscle throughout your entire body.
