Welcome to Barre HIIT, a high-intensity, cardio, interval workout that utilizes The BT Method to elevate your heart rate, improve your endurance, build your strength and will surely get you sweating. This Barre HIIT session will combine timed interval bursts of your favourite movements, followed by moments of recovery. Absolutely no equipment NECESSARY!
Today's workout is a full body burn using all low impact movements. We will use intervals of 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of recovery within each round with a 30 second break between each round, 3 rounds total of 8 exercises each. Get ready to elevate your heart rate and move with The BT Method.
