This 60-minute, signature BT Method class combines movements inspired from pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training workouts, done both on the floor and at the barre. This full body, low impact, high intensity class is the perfect balance of cardio, endurance training and controlled muscle sculpting movements, working to strengthen and tone your entire body. This workout uses no equipment, only weights for standing arms (optional).
