Join me in a 17 Minute full body focused weighted, sculpting flow that is the perfect way to start and awaken your day. This practice brings a building intensity to help open up and target the muscles through isolated holds and flowing exercises, continually moving from one position to the next. We utilize wrist and ankle weights throughout the entirety of this workout to deep the effort or muscle build throughout (option to use no equipment at all).
