Welcome to your 35 Minute signature BT Method, Pure Barre workout with props. This full body movement, with a focus on this thighs and booty, brings specific control and energy to the entire body, to help increase muscular endurance, muscle strength and muscular tone. Today we will be using a band, ankle weights, 3 lbs dumbbells and ball to intensify some of the exercises. NOT TO WORRY- you can complete this entire practice with no equipment at all.
