Join me in a full body, signature, sculpting, low impact 55 Minute Pure Barre as we train, work and move our bodies to achieve real results. Throughout this practice we will utilize props to intensify the movements in slower, controlled way, to really embrace that oo so feel good burn.
Today you will need: 3 lbs dumbbells, ankle weights and plastic band (or nothing at all).
Remember, that intense burn is where the magic happens. Stay there, go that extra inch, and let your body do it's thing to get stronger then ever before. There are modifications demonstrated and explained throughout so listen to your body, slow down, remove a prop or take breaks any time you need to. Join me here and let's move!
