Join me in a 51 Minute, full body, high intensity, low impact, Reformer Sliding Pure Barre workout that is going to give you all the feels. This workout is going to challenge you in all the right way. Through the work of sliders, we create your very own reformer unlike you ever imagined, allowing you to explore movements in a different way. We build strength through tiny slides forcing your body to control and stabilize every exercise, maxing out every effort to instantly feel stronger. We burn out every muscle groups in the most magical way, walking away feeling STRONG. And the beauty is without even realizing it, we are really building overall muscular endurance as this is a sneaky cardio based workout, elevating your heart rate every slide of the way - SO there is no need to run around here...we slide.
Today we will be using SLIDERS or SOCKS only throughout the entire workout.
