The beauty of this low impact cardio workout, is that we are maxing out our time under tension through one minute exercises, to build strength while tapping into our cardiovascular system in the most discreet way. You will see that the holds/pulses/extensions of each movement gets harder as the minute passes and that is where your muscles are forced to transform.
Today there no repeats, just a continual flow of 25 exercises for 1 minute at a time to really get the most effective workout in - in under 30 minutes.
