We are short and spicy my friends. I warned you here with the challenge and burn of this workout. It is intense but highly effective in targeting and building strength within your deep core, obliques and lower abdominal muscles. Here she is, 11 Minute Ab Burn, 10 exercises, 1 minute each, with a 1 minute free frawl ab finisher. Today we are using dumbells, but option to use nothing at all and get that same firey effect.
