This 29 Minute Starter Chair Stretch and Barre is an amazing movement that begins with a chair stretch to awaken the body, then works to target controlled strength building throughout your legs, arms and core. This movement gives you the perfect balance of flexibility, control, and engagement, one you will continually come back to. No props required. Option to intensify this movement by adding ankle and wrist weights to this exercise.
This workout is the perfect place to start if you are new to the BT Method, just starting back moving again or pre/post natal. Let's move and have some fun.
