Join me in a 20 Minute Barre X that puts the X factor into every single move. This is the workout you come to when you do not have a lot of time, but want that full body burn. Every single exercise has a strengthen purpose, to push your muscles instantly, increasing its overall strength, definition, stability, endurance and power. Today we will be utilizing a fabric band, plastic band, weighted ball (or dumbbells), ankle weights and ball to push beyond all your limits.
