This workout is intense, so option to remove all weights + make all movements smaller to ensure the workout is done correctly. Throughout this movement, I really want you to focus on engaging your lower core, making sure that your lower back is glued to the floor.
* if you find your lower back arching, make the movement smaller and refrain from lowering your legs close to the ground. Option as a modification for any lower core work, to keep your upper body on the ground, placing your hands underneath your hips.
