This 33 Minute Abs & Arms will workout to build overall strength in your core, develop defined lines in your arms and work to create balance, endurance and stability throughout your entire body.
This workout will challenge you (still as effective without planking) and will test your limits, utilizing weights and a ball. Option to use absolutely no equipment at all and still feel the sculpting results.
