The BT Method is an intricate, full body practice that channels your energy through focused, results oriented, low-impact movements to burn, build transform and strengthen your body. This practice is a fusion of barre, pilates, yoga, sculpt, cardio & weight training, a class that you have never experienced before. No matter who you are, there is movement, challenges and programs here for you. Together we can find your barre + movement anywhere, while elevating your overall fitness experience.
Here we use different props such as: plastic bands, fabric bands, wrist weights (1-2 lbs), dumbbells (1-5 lbs), ball, sliders/socks, and a barre (which can be a chair/wall/railing). BUT the best part is, every single workout can be done with no equipment at all and it will be just as effective.
If you are brand new to the BT Method, I would recommend starting with the 14 Day New Member Program, followed by any movement in Starter/Basic Barre.
