Join me in the workout of all workouts! We are bring the ultimate power to this low impact workout. Join me in a full body, 60 Minute Barre X that focuses on leveling up these tiny muscle movements. Imagine strength training and barre had a baby, this would be it (it the best BT way possible). We are focusing on really targeting the entire body, pushing our muscles past their limits, play around with some heavier weight, improving our stability in the body and ultimately having so much fun doing it.
Trust me- this workout will fly by as we incorporate so many intricate, compounding exercises, unlike you have ever tried before!
What you need:
- fabric band
- plastic band
- ball
- 3 lb dumbbells
- 8-12 lb weighted ball or dumbbell
- 1 lb ankle weights
OR complete without any equipment at all and you will feel the sculpting effects.
