This 60 Minute Barre X is a high energy, fast paced cardio and sculpt class, incorporating cardio bursts, power movements, and resistance training to deepen the muscle movements. For 60 minutes, you will merge elements from Pure Barre with intensified strength training and endurance elements to sculpt the muscles, elevate the heart rate, build strength, and challenge your coordination, all while utilizing a ball, sliders and weights. Tap into your X factor, challenge the different muscles groups simultaneously for full body burn like no other.
