Together we slow it all right now to movement's simplest form. Throughout this 51 Minute Starter Barre, we target every single muscle group with low impact, tiny muscle contraction to purposely build strength. Just because it is basic, does not mean that this workout doesn't work...it WORKS SO EFFECTIVELY, while focusing on body positioning, form and routine.
No props are required for this workout, you just need YOU! Grab your barre or chair, and let's move!
