This 32 Minute Pure Barre workout combines movements inspired from pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training workouts, done at the barre. This full body, low impact, high intensity class is the perfect balance of cardio, endurance training and controlled muscle sculpting movements, working to strengthen and tone your entire body. Option to use the weights and sliders throughout the workout or remove all props.
