This 30-minute, signature Barre Teja class is putting a slight twist on the controlled movements by adding sliders to your full body workout. Option to remove the sliders or cloths at any point throughout the workout. This workout will test your coordination and strength, while having so much fun. The 30 minutes will fly by! Let's go!
