Welcome to Barre HIIT, a high-intensity, cardio, interval workout that utilizes The BT Method to elevate your heart rate, improve your endurance, build your strength and will surely get you sweating. This Barre HIIT session will combine timed interval bursts of your favourite movements, followed by moments of recovery. Option to use weights or no equipment NECESSARY!
Today's workout will use intervals of 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of recovery within each round. 1 minute break between each round, 3 rounds total of 7 exercises each.
