This high intensity, low impact, 30 Minute workout targets and focuses on strengthening and toning your core, as well as developing defined, lean arm muscles. This workout is advanced, BUT can be modified at any point so go at your own pace. Weights are used throughout the workout, but option to use no equipment at all!
