This 28 Minute Pure Barre is an amazing BT Method workout that combines movements inspired from pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training workouts, done both at the barre and on the floor. This full body, low impact, high intensity class is the perfect balance of cardio, endurance training and controlled muscle sculpting movements, working to strengthen and tone your entire body. This workout uses weights and a band, but option to use no equipment at all!
